JEAN SMITH

I have been working predominately with clay since 1990, and in the flower theme for about half of that time.  The three plaques are tiled on wood so they can hang on the wall.  The two wallflowers can each be put on a nail on the wall.  I also do sculptural pieces for pedestals.


Another love of mine is the Polaroid transfer.  This could be a dying art form as Polaroid has discontinued making the film.  I have a bunch of it and plan to do a series.


I recently started making jewelry which I find exciting and satisfying.  I usually make a necklace, bracelet, and earrings with the same theme.
